Dane County Municipal Clerks.

“I have informed Dane County Municipality Clerks that during this emergency and based on the Governors Stay at Home order, I am declaring all Dane County voters may indicate as needed that they are indefinitely confined due to illness.

This declaration will make it easier for Dane County voters to participate in this election by mail in these difficult times.

I urge all voters who request a ballot and have trouble presenting (a) valid ID to indicate that they are indefinitely confined.”

 “95. The Dane County Clerk would later be reprimanded by the Wisconsin Supreme Court for his encouragement to voters to avoid the law. But the damage irretrievable, particularly because the Wisconsin Elections Commission never retracted its erroneous guidance that advised voters in the November 3, 2020, elections that no one would even question their use of the “indefinitely confined” exception to avoid the photo identification and absentee ballot laws.”

 Absentee Votes

In 2019, roughly 72,000 Wisconsin voters were identified as indefinitely confined.

However, at least in part because of the Wisconsin Elections Commissions inaccurate guidance and other such actions, by November 2020, that number had risen to 243,900 voters, effectively overturning Wisconsin’s voter’s identification law as to some 170,000 or more individuals, and dramatically increasing the number of mail-in ballots in the State contrary t the policy and direction of the Wisconsin Legislature.”

The Wisconsin Legislature makes it the express policy of the State of Wisconsin that “voting” is a constitutional right, the vigorous exercise of which should be strongly encouraged.

In contrast, voting by absentee is a privilege exercised wholly outside the traditional safeguards of the polling place.

The Legislature finds that the privilege of voting by absentee ballot must be carefully regulated to prevent the potential for fraud or abuse; to prevent overzealous solicitation of absentee electors who may prefer not to participate in an election; to prevent undue influence on an absent voter to vote for or against a candidate or to cast a particular vote in a referendum; poor other similar abuse.”

2020 Election Funding for Wisconsin

“In Wisconsin, the more than $6.3 million received fro CTCL by the State’s five largest cities for thier Mayors’ Voting Program nearly equaled the total of $7.2 million in total federal CARES Act funding available to the Wisconsin Elections Commission and dwarfed the 44.1 million CARES Act funds available to the entire State to help local election officials “prepare for Fall 2020 elections amid the COVID-19 pandemic”.

227.  However, the CTCL funding does not only evidence a potential municipal vs. rural bias, and it is not only concerning because it paid for programs which, at least undermined, rather than upheld state election law.

Who is CTCL?

CENTER FOR TECH AND CIVIL LIFE. Is a private company.

Purpose of the funding? To help run the 2020 election.

Private company funding the United States 2020 elections.

Particularly, in the Republican blue jurisdictions and the blue cities.  

“Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg have committed $250M to CTCL, which we will regrant to local election jurisdictions across the country to help ensure that they have the staffing, training, and equipment necessary so that this November every eligible voter can participate in a safe and timely way and have their vote counted.” 

Evidence of Fraud is Found in the Face of Arizona Democrat Representatives

Transparency and accountability were requested by the Republican party of Arizona Miss Kelly Ward.

Petition Granted to Examine Duplicate Ballots in Arizona.

100 ballots were randomly picked and examined. Two ballots were discovered to have been changed by the person who made the original ballot’s duplicate copy.

• One Trump vote switched to Biden
• One Trump vote made no vote.

Intentional? Deliberate attempt to affect the outcome of the 2020 election?  That is precisely the animosity that has been aired globally for the last 4 years towards the Republican party.  There are a fundamental clash and conflict in the secular humanism Democratic party supporters’ worldviews and the Judaeo-Christian biblical Worldview.

A Duplicate Ballot

A duplicate ballot is a ballot when the original ballot is identified by the tabulating machine as having an error.  Then the election worker recreates the ballot, makes a copy of the ballot to nullify the error. The duplicate ballot fulfillment is entirely a human process.
